So who am I?

An experienced hypnotherapist, I was working in the field for a good few years before I had any idea that I was Autistic/ADHD. My personal experiences and struggles with these conditions have led me to specialise in working with neurodiverse clients.

Through my practice, I've developed a unique approach to hypnotherapy that caters to the needs and challenges of neurodiverse individuals. I'm really passionate about helping my clients with a wide range of individual issues including trauma, emotional regulation, sensory sensitivities, stress management, elimination of anxiety and unhealthy habits, and learning to unmask without shame, all through the power of the subconscious mind.

For several years I specialised in helping people recover from toxic relationships, emotional abuse and childhood trauma. After my diagnosis I began to attract more and more late-diagnosed Autistic women as clients, and there was always a mutual sense of relief that we could let go of our masks and fully relate to each other in our sessions. I realised that neurodiverse people need neurodiverse therapists, and there are not enough of us to go around!

My approach to hypnotherapy is really personalised, using a range of techniques and tools that are tailored to each individual client. I believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of hypnotherapy, no matter what their neurodivergent status. I'm committed to breaking down stereotypes and promoting neurodiversity in the field of hypnotherapy. I'm here to empower my clients and help them make positive changes in their lives.
